Organizations have gone live with Odyssey in as few as three days. However, the typical implementation schedule reflects a go-live date within four weeks from authorization.
As you determine a cost-effective manor to produce labels, our scalability offers options. Customers can purchase hardware from Odyssey or utilize its bank of printers for label services.
Half of Odyssey customers leverage the power of the cloud by printing labels at the Odyssey support center, which is located in Florence, KY (near the Cincinnati International Airport). Labels are sorted and mailed daily using the customers preferred carrier and method.
